"Update on County Management System Email Issue"

We're working to improve communication across the new County Management System following recent email issues.
To all Club Chairmen
As you may be aware Hampshire Hockey has developed a new website (County Management System) and its main purpose is to bring Hampshire clubs together and produce details of Hampshire based competitions, ie Hampshire Cup, all Hampshire schools competitions and junior club competitions.
At the Hampshire AGM it was reported that the system was sending out multiple emails to one recipient on a subject, which of course is not acceptable. The provider has been made aware of this and is in the process of checking the system.
Please accept our apologies for this and we look forward to improving the service in the near future.
